In a heartbreaking turn of events, brothers Joe and Max Bricker, lost their beloved mother, Kristen Anne Viszneki unexpectedly, just five days after Christmas. In a cruel case of history repeating itself, Max walked in to find their mom had passed away. This was eerily similar to the way Joe walked in to find that their father had unexpectedly died of a heart attack. Their world turned upside down in that moment, as they now face an uncertain future without the love and guidance of their mom, compounding the loss of their father only a few years ago.

These boys are not just victims of circumstance; they are bright, resilient, and full of potential. With your help, we can provide them with the stability and support they desperately need during this difficult time.

Max has an eye on college in the future; and is currently working his way through high school. Max volunteers to run the sound board and lighting at his church, and is an active member of his church’s youth group. A close friend of the family has compassionately agreed to serve as guardian for Max. The financial help you can provide will help Joe and defray some of the staggering costs associated with raising a child, allowing Max to heal and pursue his dreams.
